Estimated Standard Delivery: 7-10 business days after we have processed your order, we have options of expedited shipping with an additional fee.

2. The Estimated Arrival Date DOES NOT take the following into account:
Delays in credit approval.
Other shipping/vendor service issues.
3. A tracking number will be sent to your email upon shipment. Once we receive your order, we will be sure to take care of it immediately so you receive your new jewelry item as soon as possible. All orders will be processed within three to four business days and then shipped to you right away. Customized orders will take longer to ship due to specific manufacturing requirements.
4. We cannot change or cancel the order once its already shipped from our warehouse.
5. If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after the cutoff on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day.
6. Diara Jewelry accepts online orders for shipment to addresses within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Shipments will not be made to Puerto Rico, the outer islands, or internationally.
7. We fully insure each order all the way to you. That means that when your order is in transit to you, shipment is always risk-free. For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all DiaraJewelry orders over $100, regardless of any signature waivers you may have with FedEx, UPS or USPS.
8. Sales Tax is automatically applied to your Diara Jewelry order if the shipping address is within New York
9. Before your order is shipped, we will need to ensure that your credit card has been approved. You will receive an email confirmation on the day your item has shipped with a confirmation and tracking number. Please note that your credit card will not be charged until the item has shipped.

Once we have received your returned item,we will begin to process the request. Our Quality control department will review the returned item.
Any jewelry pieces that show signs of wear, resized by another jeweler (other than Diara jewelry), or damaged will not be accepted for return. Please note,any promotional items or free gifts included with your purchase must also be returned .Otherwise, the full value of the item will be deducted from your credit.
We are also pleased to offer hastle free exchanges on items over $100 by providing you with one prepaid return shipping label (upon request) valid within the United States.
Shipping costs for exchanges on items under $100 are the sole responsibility of the customer.
To expedite exchanging for different product, we recommend returning for refund and placing a new order. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your refund to be processed.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ITEMS WHILE IN TRANSIT?
We unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for items lost or stolen while in transit. For security purposes, we strongly encourage you to purchase insurance when you return items.

Cancel Or Change An Order

Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped.
